Intern - Content and product

About the role

Join Lumai at the intersection of education, AI and product development. You’ll work closely with the founding team to review AI-generated educational content, improve its academic quality and age appropriateness, and help us build learning experiences for K–12 students.
This is a 6-month hybrid internship based in Mumbai/MMR, with opportunities to contribute directly to a growing EdTech product.

What you’ll do

• Review AI-generated questions, answers, worksheets and learning content
• Check content for academic accuracy, clarity and age appropriateness
• Review content against school curricula and expected learning outcomes
• Identify errors, ambiguity and opportunities to improve AI-generated content
• Help improve prompts and guidelines used for educational content generation
• Test new Lumai learning features from a student and educator perspective
• Provide structured feedback to the product and engineering team
• Assist with periodic school visits, educator feedback and product validation

What we’re looking for

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in Education(B. Ed.), Science (B.Sc.), Arts(B.A) or a related field
• Good understanding of school-level academic concepts
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and simply for school students
• Comfortable reviewing content across different subjects and grade levels
• Interested in AI, education and technology
• Available for a 6-month internship
• Based in or able to travel within Mumbai/MMR when required
• Comfortable with a hybrid Monday–Saturday internship arrangement
